2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

2.2 Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

2.3 Payment terms vary depending on the service booked. Generally, a deposit of 30% is required to secure bookings, with full payment due 60 days before travel commencement.

2.4 We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3.2 Our standard cancellation policy for tour packages:

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost

3.3 Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates, etc.) for your trip to Spain.

4.2 We will provide information about entry requirements but cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry due to improper documentation.

4.3 Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return date.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 You are responsible for checking health requirements and obtaining necessary vaccinations for travel to Spain.

5.2 We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before travel and purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Boleratn acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these providers.

6.2 We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during your travel.

6.3 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, or strikes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
